• If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we require that you do so at least 2 days before your scheduled appointment.
• If you have booked an appointment within this 48-hour time frame, please be certain you can make it, as fees may be applied for cancelling or rescheduling. Please note this includes all appointments booked for online services, as well as in our Yucca Valley location.
•This 48-hour cancellation policy window allows us to offer your appointment slot to another client who may be waiting for services.
• The fee covers the time and resources we have allocated for your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule within our cancellation window.

• If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment for the first time within this timeframe, your card on file will be charged half the service amount. This fee covers the time and resources we have allocated for your appointment.

• If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment for the second time within this timeframe, the full price of the service will be charged to your account.

• We understand that unexpected delays may occur, and we allow a 5-minute grace period for you to arrive.
• If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and the applicable fee will be applied.

Waxing

Brazilian and Derrière waxing is reserved for female anatomy only.
You are in good hands, and the gentlest waxing techniques will be administered by a professional. Waxing is recommended every 4-6 week for best results.
Be sure your hair is 1/4 inch long, or the length of a grain of rice. This is generally 2-3 weeks after your last shave.
Exfoliating the evening prior is recommended for best results. To avoid any discomfort you may experience, Ibuprofen can help reduce pain and inflammation.
Expect the area to be a bit raised and sensitive for 24 hrs following your appointment.

You can still get waxed! Just come with a tampon in.

Following your waxing service avoid tight clothing that can rub and block airflow.
Avoid excessive hot water, exercise, perspiration and intercourse for at least 24 hours after service.
Gently Exfoliate the area after waiting at least 72 hours with a mild scrub. We carry a plentiful selection of body scrubs and AHAs to keep your skin at its best after your wax!
